  1. 设计公司 AI 整体技术架构与技术路线;
  2. 制定 AI 研发规范、标准与流程;
  3. 将业务需求转化为可落地技术方案;
  4. 统筹算力、存储等硬件资源规划;
  5. 评估技术风险，推动架构持续优化。
  6. 本科及以上学历，8 年以上相关经验;
  7. 3 年以上 AI / 大数据架构设计经验;
  8. 熟悉模型训练、推理、服务全链路;
  9. 有大型企业数字化 / AI 平台经验优先。
