1、工程服务技术培训体系建设。包括：内部的工程服务技术培训课程体系建设和工程服务业务培训体系建设，外部的合同内的客户培训及建设运维合作方的培训体系。

Establish internal construction & service technology training course system and construction service business training system, external customer training as contracts requirement, construction and service of training system for third partners.

2、培训课程开发。根据部门，区域，客户和合作方需求，协调研发，海工，质量，慧能，金风大学和海上培训中心等开发培训课程。

Rraining course development. Coordinate with R&D, marine engineering, quality center, Smart Energy, Goldwind University, and offshore training centers to develop training courses based on departmental, regional, customer, and partner needs.

3、区域工程建设业务能力培训。培训内容的确定及维护。组织项目管理专业知识、项目管理软件、协同人力部门开展国别文化习俗、商务礼仪等培训；

Region construction business capability training. Determination and maintenance of training content. Organize training on project management expertise, project management software, and cooperate with human resources departments to carry out training on national cultural customs and business etiquette。

4、组织培训。根据培训内容，设计培训形式，组织人员培训，对培训进行记录，收集培训反馈信息。

Organize training. Based on the training content, design the training format, organize personnel training, record the training, and collect training feedback information.

5、建设项目文件管理。建设总部到区域在建项目的执行文件的存档管理机制，为区域在建项目文件查询提供指导。

Establish a document archiving process from headquarters to the region construction project, provide guidance for regional construction project documents search.

6、遵守公司健康安全环境（HSE）相关要求，在工作过程中发现并上报隐患，及时、如实报告 HSE 事件，参与部门及 GWI 健康安全环境（HSE）组织的相关活动。

Comply with the HSE requirements of the company, find and report hazards in the process of work, reporting HSE incident in a timely and truthful manner, participate the activities organized by department and GWI HSE.

7、领导交办的其他工作任务。

Other tasks arrangements by the line manager.

1. 具有较强的沟通、协调和推动力，等跨团队沟通；
2. 熟练使用工程管理方面的软件；
3. 熟练的英文听说读写能力；
4. 熟悉风电EPC项目的开发和建设流程，或熟悉风电项目的定额情况和工程概算方法优先考虑。
