Learning & Development Assistant Manager

At Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu, we're looking for a Learning & Development Assistant Manager who is passionate about developing people, inspiring growth, and creating meaningful learning experiences.

You'll lead learning initiatives across the resort, from onboarding and brand training to leadership development and compliance. Working closely with department leaders, you'll identify development needs, facilitate engaging training, support career growth, and help build a high-performing culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience in Learning & Development, excellent facilitation and communication skills, strong organisational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a passion for coaching and developing people.
