At Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu, we're looking for an Executive Chef who is passionate about culinary excellence, inspiring teams, and creating memorable dining experiences.

You'll lead our Culinary team, driving menu innovation, food quality, commercial performance, and operational excellence while developing a high-performing brigade. You'll also engage with guests, listen to feedback, and ensure every dining experience reflects the quality and hospitality our resort is known for.

We're looking for someone with at least five years' experience in a senior culinary leadership role, strong leadership and communication skills, commercial awareness, creativity, extensive HACCP and food safety knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic resort environment.
