At Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu, we're looking for a Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about culinary excellence, supporting kitchen operations, and inspiring teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain exceptional food quality and presentation, uphold HACCP and food safety standards, support menu execution, manage costs, and develop a motivated culinary team while ensuring every guest enjoys a consistently outstanding dining experience.

We're looking for someone with at least three years' experience in a Sous Chef or senior supervisory culinary role, strong leadership and communication skills, creativity, sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced resort environment.
