Director, Procurement and Planning - Americas

Strategic procurement leader for GGS Americas (GGS) B2B businesses ensuring key objectives are met to support the business plans. Provide leadership, direction, and oversight such that procurement strategies, short- and long-term purchasing planning and production scheduling are developed and executed for America’s.

**Organization: People Responsibilities/ Reporting Line / Partnerships:**

The role reports to the SVP of Operations and directly supports the sourcing and supply needs for materials, services, outsourced products and planning throughout the Americas and leveraged for scale to benefit the total enterprise.

• Collaborates with GGS business leaders, Supply Chain leaders, Product Management leaders, Service leaders, Sales leaders and the Global Sourcing teams, working across a broad global vendor base.
• Directly manages a team of – 8 procurement/purchasing/planning staff in North America with dotted-line support for Latin America.
• Manages key relationships with GGS suppliers as part of an integrated and collaborative multifunctional team.
