Are You One of Us We are seeking an experienced Director – Managed Services (Procurement Transformation) to lead strategic procurement managed services engagements for global enterprise clients. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing large-scale procurement operations and transformation programs while managing geographically distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery, continuous improvement, and long-term client success. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Relationship Management Serve as the executive point of contact for multiple strategic client accounts. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior procurement leadership. Drive client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term strategic partnerships. Managed Services Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement managed services across multiple global accounts. Manage distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment on quality, productivity, and service excellence. Establish delivery governance, service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and operational metrics. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and client outcomes. Mitigate delivery risks through proactive planning and issue resolution. Procurement Transformation Lead large-scale procurement transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations. Drive process standardization, automation, digital procurement adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead organizational change management efforts and stakeholder adoption programs. Support implementation of procurement technologies including Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, Ivalua, GEP SMART, and other digital procurement platforms. People Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams across multiple regions. Foster collaboration between onshore consulting teams and offshore delivery centers. Commercial & Financial Management Manage account profitability, revenue growth, and delivery margins. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling consulting and managed services. Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, consulting, or managed services. Minimum 5 years leading global managed services teams. Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise client relationships. Proven success leading global onshore and offshore delivery organizations. Extensive experience delivering procurement transformation programs. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Supplier Management. Experience working within consulting or business process outsourcing (BPO) environments is highly preferred. Experience with procurement technologies such as GEP SMART, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Ivalua, or Jaggaer is preferred. Additional Compensation : Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
