Are You One of Us Primary Responsibilities: Own and continuously develop job architecture, grading frameworks, job families and leveling principles Lead job evaluation processes using recognized methodologies Ensure internal equity and alignment across the organization Manage participation in external salary surveys and translate market data into actionable insights Monitor Total Rewards trends across relevant industries and geographies Provide regular benchmarking reports and recommendations to HR leadership Design, implement and evaluate short-term incentive (STI) and bonus schemes aligned with business strategy Assess effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs and proposes enhancements Drive compensation analytics: pay equity analyses, compa-ratio tracking, budget impact modeling, and scenario planning Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and business stakeholders (Excel, Power BI or similar) Develop and maintain C&B policies, guidelines and governance documentation Act as strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Finance/Controlling and senior management Lead or support annual salary review and merit cycle processes Communicate complex reward topics clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences Drive cross-functional projects related to Total Rewards transformation or system implementation Requirements: 7-8 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, including 1-2 years in a lead or senior specialist role Solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, pay structures and incentive design Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations Proven ability to communicate and influence at senior levels, including on sensitive topics Advanced Excel is a must; Power BI or similar is a strong advantage Experience with HRIS platforms and data tools High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential data Proactive, self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity Fluency in English and Czech language
