Are You One of Us Primary Responsibilities: Incident Management: Oversee and resolve escalated tickets for IT infrastructure issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction. Infrastructure Deployment: Lead the setup and management of desktop systems and network devices across multiple locations. User Management: Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring security compliance and efficient resolution of IT-related issues. Security Compliance: Maintain infrastructure security standards, applying updates and managing vulnerabilities to ensure compliance. Assist in audits by providing required updates, documentation, and responses from an IT perspective. Asset Management : Oversee hardware asset inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and collaboration with asset teams. Project Management: Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring successful implementation of upgrades and system improvements. Coordinate with global teams on various projects and initiatives to ensure smooth execution. Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring: Mentor junior IT staff, set standards for best practices, and monitor team performance to ensure high efficiency and consistent service delivery. Vendor and SLA Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and services delivered effectively. Requirements: Fluency in Czech and English language is mandatory 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure Expertise in desktop, network, and server infrastructure, with strong knowledge of incident management Ability to maintain security compliance and manage asset inventory Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, with a focus on performance monitoring Ability to travel for business if required
