What You Will Do This professional will be responsible for providing both functional and technical support for the GEP platform, ensuring operational stability, handling support tickets, and assisting end users with questions, incidents, system integrations, and enhancement requests. Responsibilities Provide Level 1 support for ERP/SaaS applications. Analyze and resolve incidents, system integration issues, and data inconsistencies. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues. Track support tickets through resolution, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality customer service. What You Should Bring Knowledge of supporting ERP/SaaS platforms (SAP, TOTVS, or similar). Functional knowledge of ERP/SaaS business processes, including procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, supplier management, and material master data. Knowledge of system integrations, including REST APIs, Web Services, middleware, and file-based integrations (XML, JSON, CSV). Understanding of ticket management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users. Advanced English (preferred for interaction with the global support team). Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Nice to Have Understanding of API or middleware-based integrations. Knowledge of ticket management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain processes.
