Delivery Manager / Program Manager

Are You One of Us Key Responsibilities Own and manage the integrated project plan , ensuring accurate timelines, critical path visibility, and clear milestones Drive the execution of the program scope within agreed time, budget, and quality parameters Lead daily standups, weekly status reviews , and checkpoint calls with internal and external stakeholders Maintain and update the RAID log , actively tracking and mitigating risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies Coordinate cutover planning and Hypercare execution , ensuring readiness across all workstreams Act as the key liaison between client stakeholders , internal teams , and delivery partners Manage project resources, escalating capacity or capability gaps as needed Support governance routines, reporting, and decision-making processes Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in project or program management roles within technology or consulting environments Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-workstream implementations or transformation programs Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) Experience managing cross-functional teams , vendors, and client stakeholders Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) Excellent risk management , resource planning , and issue resolution capabilities Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage up to executive stakeholders Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification Background in ERP, procurement , or SaaS platform implementations (GEP SMART preferred) Experience working with or within client PMO structures Knowledge of cutover planning , hypercare , and operational handover
