Are You One of Us We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Lead to drive sourcing excellence across a broad range of indirect spend categories. This role will lead complex sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and stakeholder engagements while delivering measurable value, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. We welcome professionals with expertise across other indirect procurement categories who bring strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across indirect spend categories, translating business requirements into actionable sourcing strategies and Statements of Work (SOWs). Manage competitive sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, bid analysis, and negotiations. Develop category strategies and supplier engagement plans to optimize cost, quality, service, sustainability, and risk outcomes. Negotiate commercial agreements and drive supplier performance management initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver sourcing solutions aligned to organizational objectives. Conduct market intelligence, spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and opportunity assessments to identify value creation opportunities. Drive supplier onboarding, compliance, governance, and risk management activities. Monitor sourcing performance, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support team development, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption across sourcing programs. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement consulting. Experience managing indirect procurement categories such as: Facilities Management Waste Management & Environmental Services MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Workplace Services Real Estate & Property Services Energy & Utilities Logistics, Professional Services, Marketing, IT, HR, or other indirect spend categories Strong experience leading complex sourcing events and supplier negotiations. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional engagements. Strong analytical capabilities including spend analysis, market assessments, and business case development. Experience working in global or multi-regional procurement environments. Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while balancing stakeholder expectations. Bachelor's degree required; advanced procurement certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience sourcing Facilities Management or Waste Management services. Exposure to sustainability, ESG, environmental compliance, or circular economy initiatives. Knowledge of supplier performance management and operational service contracts.
