Are You One of Us What You Will Do Lead strategic sourcing, category management projects and procurement transformation projects Analyze data to identify savings opportunities and make recommendations/actions Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables Own and deliver projects that drive bottom-line success for our clients Develop fact-based, data-driven, creative solutions for complex projects Conduct successful negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to create an optimal working relationship Liaise with senior colleagues to gain client project buy-in and successfully implement Understand client needs to flawlessly deliver and gain confidence at the highest levels Work closely with GEP and client teams spread geographically across time zones and cultures Build and shape opportunities to create intellectual capital and expertise to develop internal knowledge Assist with business development activities and other firm building initiatives What You Should Bring Superior problem-solving skills, quantitative and analytical ability Demonstrated leadership skills in a professional/academic/extra-curricular setting Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in written and verbal forms Must be business fluent in English –additional fluency in German, French is a must Strong eagerness to learn and effectively challenge oneself and others Ability to collaborate with colleagues in teams of varying background and cultures Flexible to travel at least 25% of the time
