Are You One of Us What You Should Bring • 10+ yrs. relevant purchasing experience with strong project management skills & knowledge on Excel, Access, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP systems knowledge • High level of understanding and experience in one or more categories • Strong skills in financial and quantitative analysis • Business partnering and Supplier engagement • Negotiation strategy development & facilitation • Knowledge of contract drafting and negotiations • Managing delivery of junior team (Team of Leads and Analysts) • Excellent communication in Spanish and English – written and verbal is a must. Other Skills: • Execute Complex and strategic sourcing projects of categories/sub-categories to include: translating business requirements into clear statements of Work, solicits bids, leads auctions. • Intermediate to high financial and quantitative analysis skills • Should possess strong sourcing skills, including sourcing methodology and process, e-Sourcing technology, RFX development, facilitation and management • Auction development including parameters • Supplier engagement • Negotiation strategy development • Team Management • Requires Low amount of guidance and direction • Familiarity with various best practice sourcing approaches and techniques. • Strong ability to handle client issues and escalations with sensitivity and diligence, eliminating a need for further escalation. • Excellent project management skills including project planning, time management, multitasking and critical path definition. • Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated communication during issue resolution and relationship management skills. • Willingness to learn and master client specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems and unique requirements by various business groups.
