Are You One of Us As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global delivery services. You’ll lead initiatives that create transformative procurement and supply chain strategies to solve complex client challenges across diverse industries and categories. Whether optimizing processes, driving profitability, implementing digital transformation, or enhancing operational performance, your work will deliver meaningful impact for clients while contributing to GEP’s growth. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement strategies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive results in a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Lead and manage client engagements across industries , ensuring the delivery of high-quality procurement consulting services. Conduct opportunity assessments for new clients or new addressable areas for existing clients, including budgeting and sourcing plans that support overall savings target achievement. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to VP, CPO, CFO level on procurement and supply chain matters. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement procurement & category strategies that align with clients' business objectives . Conduct comprehensive procurement assessments and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. Drive large-scale transformation programs across Source-to-Pay (S2P), including process redesign and technology enablement Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Market Analysis and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market analysis and best practices. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the procurement consulting practice. Develop proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 + years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related consulting roles. Proven track record of leading & managing procurement projects - delivering cost savings and transformation outcomes Proven experience in managing any of these categories - Capex (Construction and FFE Equipment), Foods and Indirects (IT, HR, Professional services etc) is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office ( e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) and Procurement software’s such as SAP, Ariba or other ERP systems What We Offer: Opportunities for professional growth and development.
