Role Overview This role will lead complex, enterprise-scale migration programs for Fortune 500 clients, overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams involving data migration, SaaS platform transitions, and enable AI-powered procurement solutions. The ideal candidate is a tenured PM leader who brings strategic thinking, strong client executive relationships, and a proven ability to mentor teams while delivering large-scale transformation initiatives with AI driven mindset. Migration Delivery Lead complex, multi-workstream migration programs for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery Oversee end-to-end SaaS platform migrations including legacy system retirement, data extraction, transformation, and validation with scaling of AI agentic capabilities Drive strategic migration planning, defining phased rollout approaches and go-live strategies that minimize business disruption Team Leadership Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance to Managers and project coordinators on migration best practices Set team KPIs and performance standards, providing coaching, accountability, and support to ensure consistent delivery excellence Build team capacity by developing migration playbooks, training materials, and knowledge transfer processes Determine strong cross functional and collaborative mindset Process Standardization & Operations Design and implement migration SOPs and frameworks that eliminate delivery bottlenecks and enable repeatable, scalable service models Drive tool integration initiatives – evaluate and implement project management and ticketing systems that improve tracking and reporting Establish quality assurance checkpoints throughout the migration lifecycle to ensure data integrity and system performance Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary client contact for strategic accounts, managing executive-level relationships and steering committee communications Build and expand client relationships – identify unmet needs, recover at-risk accounts, and develop partnership opportunities Partner with internal stakeholders across product, legal, finance, services and Engineering to align timelines, resolve escalations, and close execution gaps Technology & AI Enablement Drive adoption of AI-enabled features within migration projects, translating emerging technology into practical business value for clients Lead vendor selection and digital transformation initiatives, partnering with internal teams to align solutions with business and compliance requirements Qualifications Project management experience in technology services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS Proven track record leading SaaS platform migrations, including data migration, system integrations, and cutover planning Demonstrated experience with AI/ML implementations or AI-powered enterprise solutions for large enterprises to scale AI Background in procurement, source-to-pay, or supply chain technology preferred Experience managing and mentoring project teams, with strong people leadership skills Experience designing and implementing process improvements, SOPs, and operational workflows Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Asana, MS Project) Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels PMP, CSM, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Location: Hybrid role with three days per week onsite in our Clark, NJ or New York, NY headquarters. Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
