About The Role
Foundation Model
Supports reinforcement training of the Genos genomic foundation model to build a globally leading large-scale model for chronic diseases in population cohorts.
Vertical Applications
- 1.AI-based predictive models and products for 10 major chronic diseases.
- 2.Establishment of a paid ecosystem based on data services and AI services.

(1) Preferred Background
Computer Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Bioinformatics, Applied Mathematics, or Public Health.
(2) Core Technical Skills
Strong programming skills (Python/R); experience in large-scale data processing; familiarity with survival analysis, causal inference, and deep learning models.
(3) Modeling Competency
Experience with real-world medical datasets; ability to design and validate disease risk prediction models; understanding of foundation model fine-tuning is a plus.
(4) Preferred Qualifications
Prior work with cohort studies, GWAS, or medical AI projects; experience in distributed training or high-performance computing is advantageous.
(5) Personal Traits
Data-driven thinker, strong research discipline, comfortable working with noisy real-world data, and motivated by translational healthcare impact.
