(1) Preferred Background
Immunology, Systems Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Computer Science.
(2) Core Technical Skills
Single-cell multi-omics analysis; immune repertoire modeling; deep learning for multimodal data; strong statistical modeling ability.
(3) Modeling Competency
Experience building foundation models for cell atlases or perturbation models; ability to simulate immune cell state transitions and treatment response.
(4) Preferred Qualifications
Experience in immunotherapy datasets, autoimmune disease research, or cell therapy development; familiarity with large-scale model training.
(5) Personal Traits
Mechanism-oriented thinker, comfortable with high-dimensional data, and motivated by translational immunotherapy applications.
