(1) Preferred Background
Neuroscience, Neuroimmunology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or AI.
(2) Core Technical Skills
Single-cell annotation models; multimodal data integration (genomics + microbiome + phenotype); disease risk modeling.
(3) Modeling Competency
Ability to couple genetic risk with cellular phenotypes; experience building diagnostic or disease progression models.
(4) Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on work with cerebrospinal fluid datasets or neurodegenerative disease cohorts; pathogen detection modeling experience is a plus.
(5) Personal Traits
Strong analytical reasoning, interdisciplinary communication skills, and interest in mechanistic inference.
