Track III Spatiotemporal Omics (Multi-Tissue Biobanks): Subtrack 2. Development & Evolution(J28012)
BGI Genomics · 全国
About The Role
Foundation Model
BGI possesses extensive high-precision spatial omics datasets across multiple tissue types in standardized formats, enabling the construction of spatial omics foundation models for animals (human or mouse high-quality datasets as input) and plants (wheat or soybean high-quality datasets as input).
Virtual organ-specific models (e.g., virtual skin, brain, and aging models) can subsequently be fine-tuned from the foundation model.
