About The Role
Foundation Model
Leveraging large-scale, high-precision spatial omics datasets spanning diverse tissue types with unified data standards, spatial omics foundation models can be constructed for animal and plant systems. Organ-specific virtual models (e.g., virtual brain models) can then be fine-tuned from the base model.
