Foundation Model
BGI’s comprehensive high-resolution spatial omics datasets support the development of spatial omics foundation models for animal and plant systems. Virtual aging models can be derived via fine-tuning from the base model.

Experience building aging clocks or disease progression predictors.
(4) Preferred Qualifications
Aging cohort research experience.
(5) Personal Traits
Patient, long-term oriented, and driven by lifespan/healthspan research.
