Track IV EBP (Driven by Biodiversity Biobanks): Subtrack 2. Plants(J28021)
BGI Genomics · 全国
About The Role
Foundation Models
Construct spatiotemporal models for plant-microbe symbiosis/interaction and evolutionary/metabolic atlas models for biological diversity.
Vertical Applications
① Mechanistic Analysis of Plant-Microbe Interactions: Such as spatiotemporal atlases of soybean root nodules and spatiotemporal omics of microbial colonies;
② Decoding of Complex Genomes and Evolutionary Analysis: Applying spatiotemporal and single-cell technologies to parse evolutionary patterns and metabolic traits of rare or high-economic-value plants.
