Foundation Models
1.Environmental microbial genomic foundation model: Trained on multi-omics datasets from environmental microorganisms, including those from extreme environments, enabling unified integration of multi-omics data.
2.Environmental microbial protein multimodal foundation model: Supporting protein function prediction, protein stability and adaptive design, and discovery of novel enzymatic activities.
3.Environmental microbial genome + LLM text-integrated foundation model.
