Foundation Models

<1.By> extracting protein “sequence–structure–energy” information, develop large-scale predictive models for extreme protein properties (e.g., thermostability, pH tolerance, salt tolerance), enabling precise prediction, optimization, and rational design of protein performance to support industrial protein applications.

<2.By> integrating sequence, structural, and functional information, construct large-scale models for enzyme function prediction and design. These models will enable efficient mining or rational engineering of probiotic functional elements and cosmetic bioactive biosynthetic components, as well as prediction and optimization of high-efficiency biosynthetic or regulatory pathways, thereby accelerating the development and application of high-performance microbial strains.
