About The Role

2-4 years’ experience in HR backend operations in Hire to Retire Life Cycle
Any non-accounting process experience also holds good
Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US/UK market
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook
Should be expert in Excel or should have advanced excel knowledge
Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
