About The Role

1、在科主任领导和主治医师指导下，根据工作能力、年限，负责一定数量病员的医疗工作。担任住院、门诊、急诊的值班工作。2、对病员进行检查、诊断、治疗、开写医嘱并检查其执行情况。3、认真学习、运用国内外的先进医学科学技术，积极开展新技术、新疗法，参加科研工作，及时总结经验。4、指导下级医师开展临床工作，承担一定的教学指导任务
