About The Role

  • Join Our Team as a Teacher Aide – Make a Difference Every Day!
  • Location: Elementary School(s) in Beaverton, Tigard-Tualatin or West Linn-Wilsonville School District
  • Schedule: Must be available to start by 1:45 PM at least 3 weekday afternoons (M-F)
  • Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years old
  • Position Type: Part-Time (At least 3 weekdays per week)
  • Starting Pay: $17.20+ per hour (Based on experience and education)
  • Start Date: Join us starting August 3rd for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year.

You’ll support our K-5 students with

  • Fun and engaging activities like arts, crafts, STEM, and group games
  • Daily routines such as snack time , recess , and quiet time

What We’re Looking For

If you’re kind, dependable, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience with elementary-aged children (babysitting, camp, school, or volunteer work)
  • Familiarity with child development or youth programs

Required before your first day (we’ll help you get these)

  • Enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
