Teacher Aide - After School Program

About The Role
- Join Our Team as a Teacher Aide – Make a Difference Every Day!
- Location: Elementary School(s) in Beaverton, Tigard-Tualatin or West Linn-Wilsonville School District
- Schedule: Must be available to start by 1:45 PM at least 3 weekday afternoons (M-F)
- Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years old
- Position Type: Part-Time (At least 3 weekdays per week)
- Starting Pay: $17.20+ per hour (Based on experience and education)
- Start Date: Join us starting August 3rd for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year.

You’ll support our K-5 students with
- Fun and engaging activities like arts, crafts, STEM, and group games
- Daily routines such as snack time , recess , and quiet time
- A caring and structured space where kids can learn , play , and thrive
What We’re Looking For
If you’re kind, dependable, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with elementary-aged children (babysitting, camp, school, or volunteer work)
- Familiarity with child development or youth programs
Required before your first day (we’ll help you get these)
- Enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
