Our growth depends on our ability to bring exceptional Advanced Practice Providers to the communities that need them. We're looking for an APP Recruiter who is genuinely skilled at sourcing and finding clinical talent — someone who knows how to identify the right Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, build relationships with them over time, and guide them toward a mission that matters. This is relationship-driven, consultative recruiting, not high-pressure cold calling.
