Curana Health is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join our growing Legal team and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. As Corporate Counsel, you will play a critical role in providing legal counsel to Curana Health on a wide range of complex issues, including mergers & acquisitions; corporate governance and entity management; regulatory compliance; and HIPAA/privacy support. You'll also partner with the Chief Privacy Officer on privacy-related legal issues, positioning yourself as a strategic leader in healthcare data protection.
