About The Role

  • 1、集成电路芯片的IO/ESD电路设计，包含但不限于RCCLAMP，GGNMOS，GPIO(CMOS/OD)；
  • 2、支持量产阶段IO/ESD相关的测试与故障排查；
  • 1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子等相关专业；
  • 2、3年以上工作经验，有IO/ESD设计经验；
  • 3、全芯片ESD设计经验为加分项；代工厂对接经验为加分项。
