About The Role

  • 职位概述
  • 与前端设计团队紧密协作优化芯片的功耗(Power)、性能(Performance)和面积(Area),同时支持DFT设计对接,确保芯片测试性和高质量交付。
  • 岗位职责
  • 1、负责芯片中端实现，包含Synthesis/Formal/VCLP/STA/功耗仿真/ECO等流程；
  • 2、和前端设计/DFT合作制订SDC/UPF，负责时序约束的编写、维护与优化，保障约束的准确性与完整性；
  • 3、负责工艺评估分析，Sign off标准制定，Memory的生成/集成，Standard cell designkit的Rek；
  • 4、协助后端完成IR Drop分析工作。
  • 任职要求
  • 1、熟悉静态时序分析，有timing sign off的实际项目经验；
  • 2、具备良好的脚本编写能力，熟练使用 Tcl/Perl 等脚本语言进行工具自动化与流程开发；
  • 3、熟悉DFT流程，完成和DFT配合工作。
  • 3-5年BES工作经验
