Horticulturist - Experience Center

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Experience Centre Role

• Serve as the primary horticulture expert at the Experience Centre.
• Meet walk-in clients and corporate visitors and understand their requirements.
• Explain different plant varieties, their benefits, maintenance needs, and suitability.
• Guide clients in selecting appropriate plants for offices and workspaces.
• Assist clients in visualizing greenery and plant concepts within their space requirements.

Plant & Design Advisory

• Recommend plant combinations based on space, lighting, climate, and aesthetics.
• Support selection of indoor plants, outdoor plants, and decorative greenery setups.
• Guide clients on basic landscape ideas and plant styling concepts.
• Help translate client preferences into feasible plant and greenery solutions.

Coordination with Landscape Team

• Work closely with the landscape design team to communicate client requirements clearly.
• Assist in aligning plant selections with design concepts and project feasibility.
• Support preparation of plant lists and suggestions for landscape proposals.
• Ensure smooth coordination between client expectations and design execution.

Experience Centre Management

• Maintain the visual appeal and organization of plant displays at the Experience Centre.
• Ensure plants are well-maintained and presented attractively for client walkthroughs.
• Support the team in curating display zones and plant arrangement aesthetics.
• Contribute to creating a premium, immersive greenery experience for visitors.

Customer Experience & Communication

• Deliver confident, clear, and professional communication to all clients.
• Handle queries related to plant care, maintenance, and suitability.
• Build trust through expert guidance and consultative approach.
• Ensure every visitor receives a high-quality experience at the centre.
