About The Role

  1. Customer Experience & Front-end Sales
  • Handle walk-in customers at the experience centre
  • Present Gamlaa’s plant design solutions in an engaging and premium manner
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable design and service recommendations
  • Drive conversions through consultative selling
  1. Design Coordination
  • Suggest basic plant styling / greenery design concepts for residential & corporate spaces
  • Coordinate with internal design/operations team for proposals and execution feasibility
  • Ensure visual merchandising and display aesthetics of the experience centre
  1. Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients
  • Follow up on leads and maintain client database updates
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat visits
  1. Experience Centre Management
  • Maintain the overall look, feel, and premium ambience of the centre
  • Ensure displays are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing
  • Manage daily operations of the centre smoothly
