Junior Executive - Horticulture

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Junior Horticulturist to manage day-to-day horticulture operations across multiple client sites in Delhi. The role involves plant maintenance, client coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure high-quality landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily horticulture operations at assigned sites
• Ensure proper maintenance of indoor and outdoor plants
• Coordinate with clients for regular updates, feedback, and issue resolution
• Monitor plant health, watering schedules, pruning, and pest control
• Handle plant replacement and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Manage on-site staff/labours and track attendance and productivity
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain service reports
• Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks
• Maintain inventory of plants, tools, and materials at sites
