Technical Principal - GenAI

The Principal AI Engineer is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and guiding the delivery of enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions—including agentic and multi‑agent systems, RAG architectures, and scalable orchestration frameworks. This role partners closely with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards. In addition to setting technical direction, the Principal AI Engineer mentors and develops engineering talent, drives innovation through experimentation and emerging technologies, and promotes responsible AI adoption across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings deep software engineering expertise, strong proficiency in Python, experience with AI orchestration frameworks, and a proven track record delivering production GenAI applications.
