Onboarding Coach

Create a structured, engaging induction flow for new hires (orientation, safety, role‑specific training) Coordinate Trainings and on the job sessions for each hourly hirings Track Key indicators concerning attrition, time to training and report them to the management Use feedback, performance date and best practice to improve the Ensure all training records meet OSHA, ISO, and internal audit requirements. Act as a first‑line coach for new hires, fostering engagement and early retention.

Strong instructional design and facilitation abilities. Data analysis (Excel, Power BI) for performance tracking. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
