Team Lead Western Europe (all genders)

This position is limited to 12 months.

• Leading a team of highly motivated country managers
• Responsible for the operational oversight of our markets
• Optimize operational processes and ensure acceleration of growth along all dimensions
• Leading various company projects to increase our local market position
• Initiate and implement new strategic and operational initiatives to develop the local marketplace, B2C & B2B
• Very good master degree in business or comparable
• Several years' experience in an e-commerce company and/or consulting 
• First-hand experience and profound business knowledge of Western European markets is a significant plus.
• Profound knowledge in business development topics
• Expert in MS Office
• Fluency in English (oral & written) and German (oral & written)
• A strong affinity for numbers and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Strong communicational and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of responsibility
