Job Summary Utilizes the systematic process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to provide learning experiences that enhance continued competence and professional development. The nursing process forms the foundation for decision making and critical thinking and is integrated throughout educational activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses learning needs. Plans educational activities. Implements the planned educational activities. Evaluates educational activities. Specifications Experience: RN with Pediatric Intensive Care or Pediatric Emergency Room Experience Minimum Required 3 years work experience in related field after degree/license obtained. Preferred/Desired Education Minimum Required Bachelors degree. Preferred/Desired Masters degree. Training Minimum Required Preferred/Desired Special Skills: Minimum Required Computer literacy Preferred/Desired ANCC Board Certification Licensure Minimum Required RN, BLS Instructor within 90 days of hire required. Preferred/Desired ACLS and PALS instructor
