The Student Success division at the University of South Florida, is comprised of 60 departments, providing students with academic support, engagement opportunities, health & wellness services and enhancement of the educational experience. The Senior Enrollment Systems Configuration Specialist serves as a functional systems lead within Strategic Enrollment Management Operations and is responsible for supporting, configuring, and continuously improving the Slate CRM environment and related enrollment management systems. This position translates business needs from Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, SEM Operations, and other enrollment partners into scalable, sustainable system configurations that support recruitment, application processing, student communication, enrollment operations, reporting, and service delivery.
