The Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs (OFAA) at USF Health partners with the Morsani College of Medicine, College of Nursing, College of Public Health, Taneja College of Pharmacy, and the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences to support faculty throughout the lifecycle—from recruitment through advancement—by coordinating efficient, high-quality processes aligned with institutional priorities.
