Director for Assessment & Evaluation

We are seeking an experienced Assessment and Evaluation Director to join the A&E team at the Morsani College of Medicine, Department of Medical Education. The Director will oversee a comprehensive program evaluation system and student assessment activities, ensuring quality improvement and regulatory compliance. They will collaborate with faculty and departments to design and implement innovative assessments, contribute to medical education scholarship, and serve on the education leadership team. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and strong knowledge, along with the ability to work effectively with deans, chairs, and faculty. The position reports to the Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the education of future physicians.
