Vice President Program Development (COB, Subro & TPL)

The VP – Product & Capability Development (COB & Subrogation/TPL) is a high-impact, dynamic, market-facing & entrepreneurial role within EXL’s Payment Integrity (PI) Strategic Growth Unit (SGU). The senior leader will own the strategic vision, capability architecture, & commercial growth for 2 distinct portfolios at completely different maturity stages: transforming an early-stage Coordination of Benefits (COB) program into a scalable market offering and revitalizing the under-penetrated Third-Party Liability (TPL)/Subrogation business line.
