Maintenance Utility Helper

Job Summary Working under close supervision, the employee assists with a variety of semi-skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, electrical work, plumbing, masonry, and general repairs as needed. The role requires the safe use of tools and equipment, the ability to follow instructions, and effective teamwork to complete assignments efficiently, as well as the performance of related duties as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in general maintenance and construction Knowledge of occupational hazards and appropriate safety precautions Ability to understand and follow simple oral instructions Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Required Qualifications Completion of the tenth grade Preferred Qualifications Some experience in general maintenance, construction, or a related field Compensation & Benefits Job Family – Facilities Services General Maintenance 1 Market Range – 3 ( Salary Schedules ) For information on benefits, please visit .
