About The Role

Job Summary Performs a variety of skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry, and completes related maintenance and repair work as required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of methods, materials, and procedures used in general repair and maintenance work. Knowledge of tools, equipment, machinery, and their proper operation for a variety of maintenance tasks. Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety practices, and required precautions. Ability to operate, clean, maintain, and perform basic repairs on tools, equipment, and machinery. Ability to follow instructions, assess situations, and make sound decisions. Ability to use materials efficiently and exercise good judgment in their selection and application. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and other personnel. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments effectively. Required Qualifications Completion of the tenth grade. Experience in building and plant maintenance involving a variety of skilled work, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry Preferred Qualifications Completion of vocational education. Two years of experience in trade services.
