Conductor

As a Conductor with Blue Water Rail Services, you will support safe and efficient rail operations at terminal facilities across the lower mainland. This role involves representing our organization through safe operations, professionalism, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering reliable, customer-focused service solutions every shift. As a key member of the train crew, you will coordinate train movements and support safe, efficient operations in accordance with established procedures. This role involves physical work in varying weather conditions and requires a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who take pride in professionalism, teamwork, communication, and delivering reliable service in a fast-paced operating environment. This is a safety critical position which will require a pre-employment medical.
