Principle Equipment Engineer

Senior Equipment Engineer responsible for sustaining and improving semiconductor processing tools in a 24x7 manufacturing/development facility. Key focus on tool ownership and improvement related to tool uptime and quality, including uniformity. Will partner with other engineers and operations staff to maintain uptime at key functional areas and identifying human-machine interface issues and providing solutions. Expected to identify significant contributors to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, RF or hydraulic system stability, and provide solutions which improve uptime or performance of semiconductor processing hardware. Work in a team environment consisting of engineers and operators, requiring written and verbal communication skills. Expected to create written operational procedures and mentor/train operators and maintenance technicians.
