JOB OVERVIEW: Under the general guidance and supervision of the Restaurant/Bar Manager and within the limits of established IHC Policies, Procedures and Food and Beverage Manual, responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to the Restaurant guests. RELATIONSHIPS: 1. Reports directly to Restaurant/Bar Manager and Assistant Manager 2. Co-operates & communicates with other employees. 3. Interacts with guests as appropriate.
