Director of Sales & Marketing

We are seeking an accomplished, visionary and commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our Executive Committee during the pre-opening phase and lead the commercial positioning of this remarkable destination from concept to market leadership. Reporting directly to the General Manager, with a functional reporting relationship to the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales & Marketing will serve as a key member of the hotel's Executive Committee (ExCom) and will be responsible for defining and executing the hotel's complete commercial strategy. This leadership role encompasses Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Brand Positioning, Revenue Strategy collaboration, Distribution, Business Development and Employer Representation.
