Physical Therapist - Pain Rehab (Supplemental)

Supplemental Physical Therapist position providing coverage across multiple clinical practice areas, including the Pain Rehabilitation Center, the Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Center (ages 12-22), outpatient rehabilitation, and inpatient mental health services. Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; participation in interdisciplinary care teams; individual and group treatment and patient and family education. Caseload and work setting may vary based on operational needs, requiring flexibility and the ability to work effectively across diverse patient populations and care environments.
